Through energetic healing, and connection with the living spirit of nature, this session invites you to step into an inner woodland sanctuary where grounding, release, and renewal can naturally unfold.
Inspired by the Ancient Practice of Forest Bathing
This healing journey is inspired in part by the Japanese wellness practice known as Shinrin-yoku, which translates as “forest bathing” or “taking in the forest atmosphere.”
Developed in Japan in the 1980s, Shinrin-yoku was introduced as a response to increasing stress levels among people living and working in high-pressure urban environments. The practice encourages individuals to spend time mindfully in forests, engaging their senses and breathing in the natural atmosphere of the woodland.
Forest bathing focuses on simply being present in nature. Participants move slowly through the forest, noticing the sound of birds, the scent of leaves and moss, the play of sunlight through branches, and the quiet rhythm of the living woodland.

This session is offered as a distance healing experience, meaning you can receive the healing from the comfort of your own home. Distance energy work allows me to connect with your energy field and hold a focused healing space, regardless of physical location.
During the session, I journey energetically into a sacred woodland environment where the healing work takes place. In this inner forest space, I connect with your Higher Self and invite supportive woodland energies to assist with the process.Through guided visualisation and energetic intention, the forest becomes a living ally in your healing.

All feedback will be sent by email as a Word Document so we both have a permanent record of what has happened to refer back to if needed.
During your session, I will enter into a deep trance meditation and journey into the astral realms, so I will not be able to communicate with you vocally. For this reason, I do not use the phone or Skype, as it would keep pulling me back into this world and weakening the connection between our higher self aspects.
